Leadership Keynote Speaker | Global Change Strategist
| Author of Unbreakable
Kait Dinunzio is an internationally recognized leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and author of Unbreakable, a book on resilience, self-trust, and leading through adversity.
As a Managing Director at a global advisory firm, Kait leads large-scale organizational transformations across industries and continents. Her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate complex change, strengthen leadership under pressure, and build cultures rooted in resilience, clarity, and human-centered leadership.
Kait’s leadership perspective is shaped by an uncommon combination of executive consulting, human rights leadership, and operational experience in high-stakes environments, including the oil and gas sector. Known for her ability to translate complex change into practical action, she helps organizations align strategy, people, and mindset to move forward with confidence.
But what truly sets Kait apart is the lived experience behind the work.
Her personal journey, from early abandonment and adversity to global leadership influence, became the foundation for the philosophy behind Unbreakable: that resilience is not something you’re born with, it’s something you build through experience, self-trust, and courageous leadership.
Through keynote speaking, leadership development, and her writing, Kait helps audiences understand how neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and identity shape the way we lead, grow, and make decisions under pressure.
At the core of her message is a powerful belief:
we are our own greatest investment.
Kait is known for equipping leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams with practical tools to develop resilience, strengthen mindset, and build leadership that lasts, both professionally and personally.
Whether speaking to global organizations, mentoring leaders navigating transformation, or sharing the ideas behind Unbreakable, Kait’s work challenges people to step fully into their voice, their responsibility, and their next chapter.
Because leadership isn’t reserved for perfect stories.
It belongs to the people willing to rise anyway.
Outside of her professional work, Kait is a competitive bodybuilder, devoted mother, and passionate advocate for resilience, second chances, and the untold stories that shape who we become.

Her story
I was sitting next to my father at the kitchen table having supper. My sister sat across from me, her elbows on the table and her little head hanging over her meal. She was crying.
“She’s gone.” She wallowed. “Our mom’s gone… she left us! And she’s never coming back.”
Tears were streaming down her cherub-like cheeks, her blonde hair, fluffy and clean, framing her big, blue eyes. She wore a blanket of sadness.
The topic of our mother, leaving us had come up for the first time since she had left us.
I put my fork down, got up on my knuckles and leaned across the table, looking my older sister in the eye and firmly said,
“You’re right she is gone ..and she’s never coming back. Our dad’s all we got now, and that’s just how it’s gonna be.”
I sat back down, grabbed my fork, and continued eating.
I was four, my sister was six.
My dad told me this story during Christmas 2019. It was the last Christmas I spent with him. We had a unique relationship, one of deep love, gratitude and service. He was the strongest influence I’ve had in my life, saving my life, then teaching me everything I know. He did it with grace and love, weaving resilience into the tapestry of who I am, without him and his love, I’d be nothing.
Because of him, my story isn’t one of survival; it’s a blueprint for rising. If you’ve ever felt broken or like there’s more to be had in this life, this book is for you.
With love and gratitude,
-Kait
